Member Church Registration is now closed.

Here are a few reminders as you prepare for the Business Session:

  1. Make sure you have a stable internet connection.

  2. Make sure that your device is either plugged into an electrical outlet or that it is fully charged so that it lasts the entirety of the meeting (approximately 70-90 minutes).

  3. If you are using a PC, check that your computer's speaker is unmuted and that the volume is raised.

  4. Please review Annual Meeting Book. It contains the agenda and items for voting. It can be viewed and downloaded here.

The meeting will be conducted as a Zoom Webinar. This experience will be slightly different than what many of you may have become accustomed to in Zoom meetings in your work or through virtual worship. In webinars, only those who have presenting roles will be broadcast on video and audible. In other words, you will not be on video, nor will your microphone be on.

Despite not being on video or audio, your participation will be required for voting. We will conduct voting using the Poll Question function on Zoom. During the voting, your screen will display a question (e.g. Do you vote to receive the minutes?) and you will have to select from the options:

1) Aye 2) Nay 3) Abstain.

More orientation, including a test vote, will be conducted on Saturday. Please note, if you happen to be in the same household as another delegate, you will each need to use separate devices and log in with your unique links in order for each of your votes to count. You cannot vote as one.

We are grateful for your dedication to the Region. We know gathering online isn’t how any of us would have it. But we pray in thanksgiving for God’s grace that allows us to be close, even while apart.
